Istanbul Grand Airport (IGA) organizes a Social Hack project in collaboration with CSR Turkey which brings together social entrepreneurs, graphic designers, computer programmers, interface designers, and project managers to create digital solutions for social problems by developing software or business ideas.
In the IGA Social Hackathon, teams are expected to present a business or project idea by choosing one of the branches “Decent Work and Economic Growth” or “Sustainable Cities and Communities”.
6 teams that achieve the top three spots will be allotted time to transform their ideas into projects. At the grand final where last six teams will compete, the team whose project ranks the 1st will be provided a grant and have an opportunity to turn their project into reality.
