CSR Market Place 2014 (Demo)

At the Marketplace, organized by CSR, Turkish companies shared their CSR practices with other companies, public and civil society, and other related stakeholders. Highlights included a panel on Business and Human Rights and a workshop, which aims to form a road map to guide companies for developing their community development programs with the cooperation of Third Sector Foundation of Turkey (TUSEV). This was the sixth CSR Marketplace and with its 300 participants keep Turkey’s 2023 strategic development vision top priority. The vision aims to showcase CSR solutions from responsible companies, which will promote good business models both in the national and international arena. CSR Market Place Catalogue

Corporate social responsibility, defined as the ability of businesses to incorporate environmental, ethical and human rights issues into their business strategies, is not only expanding in the West, but also in Muslim-majority countries.  What does CSR look like in the Islamic economic model?
